Letter to Ponyboy

Author’s Note: Dear Reader: This is a letter to Ponyboy asking questions about the events in his life.

Dear Ponyboy,

           

            I am writing to you to ask some questions about your life and the things that happened. My first question is were you surprised when Darry slapped you? What was going through your mind? What do you think about Johnny killing Bob? Would you have done the same thing? I don’t think I would have. I don’t think you would have either. I think it was cool that you helped the children in the burning church. That was really selfless. Dally only went to help Johnny. I am glad he helped Johnny but he should have helped safe children too. What do you think? How bad are Johnny’s injuries? I hope he makes it. Do you think he will? I think he will. I can’t wait to find out what happens next in your life.
